High Season is rental periods starting or ending in June, July or August and the weeks each side of Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Mid Season is rental periods starting or ending in April, May, September or October.
Low Season is rental periods that both start and end in January, February, March, November or December, but excluding the weeks each side of Christmas, New Year and Easter.
High and Mid Season short breaks may be booked only within four weeks of the start date. We do not offer late availability or other discount arrangements.
Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

Electricity, gas, laundry facilities and logs for the wood burning stove are included. Bedlinen, towels and tea towels will be supplied free of charge.
High or Mid Season holidays of less than 7 nights can be booked within four weeks of the start date.
For the convenience of other guests, smoking is not permitted in the cottage. Due to the proximity of farm animals we cannot accommodate pets.
Let's begin at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
